Big Cave (Cres)
Big Cave on the east coast of Cres is a large, roomy cave of roughly 40 × 15 × 10 m that is considered suitable even for beginners. Fresh water seeping from the karst collects under the ceiling, creating a shimmering halocline. Depths around the site range from about 20 to 40 m.
