Panela
A site about 100 m off Água de Pau, in front of Cerco da Caloura, with several arches and caves; the main feature is a large cavern with two entrances (opening at 10 m, floor at 17 m) where the light is striking. Large congers, cardinalfish, Madeira rockfish, Guinean puffers and several nudibranchs live in the cavern. The position is approximate (the official guide publishes no coordinates) and is for orientation only.
