SS Dunraven

A British steam-and-sail cargo ship (about 82 m, built 1872–73 in Newcastle) that struck Sha'ab Mahmoud near Beacon Rock in April 1876 carrying spices and cotton from India. It lies upside down with the bow at about 15 m and the stern at about 29 m; its open hull can be entered past the boilers, where glassfish and a large moray live, while the coral-encrusted hull hosts batfish and nudibranchs.

Tiefe: 15–30 m
