Marsa Abu Dabbab
A wide sandy bay with seagrass meadows north of Marsa Alam, easily entered from the beach. Green turtles graze the seagrass almost daily and a dugong is sometimes seen, along with guitarfish and stingrays; small reefs edge the bay and the outer slope drops deeper.
