Pyramids

Concrete pyramids placed on a sandy slope more than 15 years ago have grown into a busy artificial reef between about 10 and 25 m. Garden eels, stingrays and snake eels live on the sand, the pyramids act as cleaning stations, and hawksbill turtles, fusiliers and sweetlips are typical. Mild currents often turn it into a gentle drift; further along, a wall begins at around 26 m.

depth: 10–25 m
