Tatawa Besar
Tatawa Besar is the larger of the two Tatawa islands and one of the healthiest reefs in the park. It is dived as a drift along a sloping reef covered in orange soft corals, ending at a calmer corner. Turtles are common, large groupers and sweetlips sit on the slope, blacktip reef sharks, giant trevally and barracuda patrol the current, and resident bumphead parrotfish and cleaning batfish gather near the end.
