Ron's Point
Ron's Point is on the south-west corner of Bunaken, where a sloping reef runs out to a large plateau at about 35–40 m on the edge of the island's fringing reef. Guides often spend the deep part hanging over the plateau looking for passing sharks, eagle rays and other pelagics, while the slope and shallows are busy with reef fish. A dugong is occasionally seen in the shallows.
