Melissa's Garden
Melissa's Garden sits between three tiny islets near Keruo, at the south-east end of the Penemu group. An oval plateau carries one of the most impressive hard-coral gardens in Raja Ampat, with sloping edges down to white sand at about 25 m. Schools of surgeonfish and parrotfish, grey reef sharks, wobbegongs and pygmy seahorses are all possible. It was named after the daughter of dive pioneer Max Ammer.
