FunDive Romania

SSI Instructor Training Center west of Bucharest. Its SSI profile lists the Diventura TRQZ lake (a former gravel pit, max 7 m), the Budești lock, the Olympic diving pool at Otopeni for confined-water training, and Black Sea shore sites. Its own website did not load during research, so details come from the SSI listing.
