Piran under the church
A reef below St George's church on the north side of Piran's old town, running out towards the point. The tourist board describes soft corals and schools of colourful fish between about 5 and 16 m, while the Fiesa centre uses it mainly as a training site with a sandy 'sandbox' at about 4 m and usually stays above 12 m. It is a good alternative to Fiesa for courses and relaxed dives with plenty of life.
