Lake Bohinj – Naklova glava

Naklova glava is a distinct wooded peninsula on the southern shore of Lake Bohinj, reached by a short forest path from a large car park. The classic dive starts in the bay east of the peninsula and circles the cape to the beach on the west side (about 30 minutes), with steep rocks on the tip and weedy bays down to about 7 m. Below that the lake – more than 25 m deep here – becomes a lifeless mud slope. Fish gather mostly in the shallows off the western beach, where they expect food from bathers. Surface water reaches 25 °C in summer but drops quickly to about 4 °C with depth.

Tiefe: 2–25 m
