Koh Ngam Noi
Koh Ngam Noi is a craggy limestone islet about 17 km off the Chumphon coast and 400 m south of its larger sister Koh Ngam Yai. Bamboo scaffolding at its caves is used for collecting swiftlet nests. The best diving is at the southern tip, where rocks form swim-throughs and divers search the boulders for many kinds of nudibranch, to a maximum of about 16 m. Snapper, jacks and yellowtail barracuda school around the rocks, and blue-spotted stingrays rest on sandy patches. It is dived on day trips from the Chumphon mainland.
