Koh Haa Yai
Koh Haa Yai is the largest island of the group and holds its most famous feature, the Cathedral: two interconnected caverns with entrances at about 5 m and 14–16 m, lit by shafts of light, where divers can surface inside an air pocket. Around the island the reef drops to about 30 m, with rock formations covered in soft coral. Turtles feed on the bubble coral, and large groupers, frogfish and nudibranchs are regularly seen; the east side is a shallow coral garden, the west side has deeper pinnacles.
