Hin Bida
Hin Bida ('Bida Rock') is an exposed rocky outcrop about 20 minutes by boat east of the Bida islands; its top breaks the surface at low tide. Shaped like a hand, five finger-like ridges run down to 15–20 m before levelling onto sand, with little coral but distinctive pale yellow and brown rock. It is one of the best leopard shark sites around Phi Phi, often in shallow water, and also has cuttlefish, octopus, lionfish, scorpionfish, cornetfish and schools of two-spot snappers. Whale sharks are occasionally seen.
