Mushroom Rock
Mushroom Rock is just past the northern tip of Phi Phi Leh on the west side, where large pinnacles reach the surface. One rock shaped like a mushroom sits at about 13–17 m, covered in soft coral and wrapped in a huge school of yellow snappers. Yellowback fusiliers, barracuda and golden trevally school around the site, blacktip reef sharks and hawksbill turtles use the shallows, and the rocks hide nudibranchs, bearded scorpionfish and giant morays. It is less crowded than many Phi Phi sites.
