Christmas Point

Christmas Point is a large area of stacked granite boulders on the west side of Ko Bangu (island 9), running from the island down to 35–40 m. The boulders form passages and an arch-shaped swim-through at around 24 m, and their crevices are covered in soft corals and sea fans. Whitetip reef sharks are often seen on the deeper sand, along with Napoleon wrasse and the occasional eagle ray. The rubble is good for ribbon eels and nudibranchs.

Tiefe: 8–40 m
