Hin Kong
Hin Kong is an exposed rocky outcrop on the eastern side of the Surin group, towards Richelieu Rock. The pinnacle rises from more than 30 m to within about 5 m of the surface and is swept by current, so schools of trevally, barracuda and fusiliers circle it and reef sharks patrol deeper. Whale sharks and mantas are occasional visitors, mostly from February to April.
