The Sisters (off Cape Surville, Forestier Peninsula)
The Sisters are boat-only pinnacles in deep water off Cape Surville on the Forestier Peninsula, about 9 km north-east of Eaglehawk Neck. The best diving is on the seaward side of the Outer Sister; the upper 20 m is interesting and the reef becomes richly colourful from about 30 m, with anemones, soft corals, sponges, sea whip gardens and clouds of butterfly perch. The dive is weather-dependent. The coordinate is only approximate.
