Millstätter See – Millstatt east (Heroldeck)
Just past the eastern edge of Millstatt, with Schloss Heroldeck behind you, a lay-by gives access to a slightly steep entry. Right after descending you meet a fishing boat about 6 m long that was placed here on purpose. Between 2 and 7 m to the right of the entry many pike of all sizes hide, and large boulders from the old road works with nooks and crevices shelter big wels catfish.
