Lunzer See – Seebad
A small, emerald pre-Alpine lake in the Ybbstal Alps, about 604 m above sea level and 34 m deep. Diver reports describe the entry at the Seebad: platforms at 2 and 4 m and a rowing boat at 7 m on the right, then a steep rock wall dropping to about 25 m within minutes; to the left a pike meadow extends to around 7 m. Diving is allowed in principle but limited in time and space to protect fish stocks.
