Altausseer See – Kahlseneck
The dive zone on the north shore of the Altausseer See begins at Kahlseneck, reached by a narrow path heading east just past the Hotel am See. The northern lake bed is a mixed affair; further along, typical alpine-lake vegetation with waterweed and stonewort appears and the occasional lake trout darts by. Locals sum it up as beautiful but cold.
