Furnas do Monte da Guia
Two large caverns about 50 m apart, both starting at about 20 m; both can be visited in one dive, with a small metal wreck at about 24 m between them. The first cave has a long corridor under 2 m wide opening into a large chamber, its walls with starfish, nudibranchs, fan worms (Sabella spallanzanii) and narwal shrimp; the second, to the west, is similar but slightly smaller. Strong backlight effects are a highlight.
