Cueva Neptuno
Just before the Punta Rasca lighthouse, about 20 minutes south from Costa Adeje, a small cave at the foot of the platform at around 18 m, entered heading south and leaving south-east. You never lose the light inside, so access is easy and safe; groupers, lobsters, glasseye and trumpetfish, cleaner shrimp and Canary prawns live there. After the exit the bottom turns to sand with rock ridges along which you drift south.
