Lom Borek
Flooded serpentinite quarry between Chotěboř and Golčův Jeníkov on the Vysočina/East Bohemian border, dived since the 1990s and reserved for divers only. The deepest point (the hole by the former pump) is about 34 m, and the sunk Ikarus articulated bus at about 31 m is the signature wreck, together with a Wartburg car, the Stejskanik tank and a flooded forest. Visibility averages 5 m, with the best conditions under winter ice; the water level has risen about 13 m since diving began. Fills (air, EAN32/50, O2, twin, stage) and cylinder rental are available on site.
