Orlická přehrada – kostel sv. Štěpána, Těchnice
A deconsecrated 14th-century church lying under the Orlík reservoir since the 1960 flooding, one of the best-known technical dives in the Czech Republic. The structure is intact except for the roof; the church floor is around 42-46 m and typical dive depth is about 55 m. Visibility is poor (about 2 m on average) and the water is cold, with trimix recommended for the bottom and stage nitrox for decompression. There is an enclosed area near the former altar with no direct route to the surface.
