Vranovská přehrada (Vranov nad Dyjí)
A 1934 reservoir on the Dyje with a maximum depth of about 42 m at the dam. Vertical rock walls called Skalka by the dam reach roughly 32 m. In 2011 divers of the Znojmo diving club found the sunken Jelení mlýn mill at 27–32 m, marked by a red buoy; remains of old bridge piers lie about 35–40 m from the dam along a guideline. Visibility is best in spring and autumn; in summer the surface blooms and below 6–8 m it is dark, so good lights are needed.

- Tips: Free entry and diving, open 24/7; the terrain at the dam and former ferry site needs a vehicle-entry permit, otherwise reachable mostly from the water. No air fills, food or toilets; camping and swimming allowed. Deep dives (27–40 m) need appropriate training and gas planning.
