Sha'ab Abu Ramada
Reef south of Abu Ramada island, 60–90 minutes from Hurghada, with a plateau, a coral garden and a three-peaked erg. Lilac soft corals grow on the north faces of the ergs, fusiliers draw barracuda and trevally, and the south wall is known for free-swimming morays. The west side suits a drift from the north-west tip southwards.
