Naval tug wreck (Warnemünde)
A Second World War naval tug lies upright directly off Warnemünde in about 10 m, its top at 8 m. The 17 m hull is very well preserved and easy to dive: daylight is enough to see everything and you can look in everywhere. Highlights are the large diesel engine and the remains of the wheelhouse with some artefacts such as boots and portholes; a nearby mast does not belong to the wreck. The state underwater archaeology association calls it a very well researched and documented site.
