Pelouzo Island reef
A reef circuit just off Pelouzo Island that starts at 3 m, averages about 14 m and reaches 18 m. At 12 m lie the remains of a small wooden ship that ran aground in the 1950s: only the engine and mast are left. Ships have sunk here since antiquity and broken amphora fragments lie among the rocks; schools of amberjack patrol the reef.

The amphora scatter and the 1950s wreck remains must not be touched; wrecks over 50 years old fall under the Ministry of Culture's Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities.
