Blue Lagoon
A sheltered bay a five-minute boat ride from Padang Bai harbour, with white sand, clear water and big coral bommies from about 5 m down to around 22 m. Leaf scorpionfish, stargazers, octopus, morays, blue ribbon eels and reef sharks are typical, and night dives look for Spanish dancers. Its protected position makes it a standard site for training and photography; part of a marine protected area since 2017.
