Batu Udang
On the south side of Pulau Ai the reef slopes gently to about 13 m and then turns into a very steep wall to around 55 m. Red-tooth and black triggerfish swarm over the reef, hawksbill turtles rest on ledges, and batfish, snappers and Napoleon wrasse are common. Current brings bigger visitors: whitetip reef sharks, eagle rays, squadrons of mobula rays and occasionally hammerhead, thresher or silvertip sharks.
