Langkoi Rock
Langkoi Rock is a remote open-sea pinnacle off the south-west of Komodo, topping out around 5 m with a second, deeper pinnacle to the south. Swell, strong currents and down-currents are common, but so are big pelagics: trevally, tuna, rays and, mostly in July–September, hammerheads. The water is colder than at the similar Castle Rock in the north.
