Seaventures Dive Rig (artificial rig reef)
The Seaventures Dive Rig is a converted oil platform standing on the seabed just north of Mabul, used as a dive resort. The legs and debris beneath it form an artificial reef with moray eels, crocodilefish, frogfish and stonefish; the house reef is popular for macro and night dives. Depth averages about 16 m (maximum 18 m); the current can be tricky for beginners, with slack tide best.
