Crocodile Rock
Crocodile Rock is named after its crocodile-snout shape and is relatively easy: good for open-water students, snorkellers and night dives, with many small fish and occasional emperors and batfish. The channel can carry a strong current. Aur lies about 70 km off Mersing in the Johor Marine Park; it is reached by boat from Mersing Jetty and a 2013-dated source says high marine-park fees made operators stop visiting, so confirm availability, fees and MeTOS registration first.
