Medhu Faru
An outer reef on the north side of Guraidhoo Kandu, best with current flowing into the atoll. The dive starts at a ledge around 30 m and rounds the corner into the channel, whose walls carry gorgonians and whip corals and a big outcrop carpeted in soft coral. Whitetip reef sharks, turtles, eagle rays and napoleon wrasse are frequent, and blue-spotted rays rest on the sandy floor.
