Dzonbakal
Semi-open cenote next to X'Batún in San Antonio Mulix (Umán): a collapsed cave with a debris ramp, about 25 × 15 m at the surface and roughly 30 m deep. Divers descend from a staircase into clear water and a large underwater cavern; a cave passage continues beyond it. In 2024 an experienced cave diver who entered alone died in the cave section, a reminder that the overhead part is for trained, team-based diving only.
