Mamula Island (Lastavica)
The fortified islet of Mamula (Lastavica) guards the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. Its indented shoreline drops from about 5 m to 40 m, with many crevasses and small caverns, and both Herceg Novi and Bar operators describe it as a reef dive suitable for all levels. Adriatic Blue also uses the open-sea side of Mamula for its daily boat trips.
