Oreste Wreck
Built in 1896 in Stockton as the Moorby and later renamed Oreste, this 75 m steamship sank on 27 March 1942 off Trsteno bay near Jaz while sailing from Split to Bar, after a mine (locally said to be a British air attack) broke it in two. Both halves rest on sand at about 32 m, roughly 20 m apart, in a debris field around 100 m across. Budva's municipal dive map calls it the most visited wreck of the area.
