Austro-Hungarian protected cruiser sunk by the French fleet on 16 August 1914, the first Austro-Hungarian warship lost in the war; a shell hit the engine room and it sank within an hour. The wreck sits upright on mud at about 73 m, some 4–5 nautical miles off Petrovac, with its hull rising 5–10 m and the guns still in place. Its depth and distance from shore have kept it largely untouched. This is a technical dive.
