Barracuda Lake
A lake on Coron Island with fresh water on top and salt water below, known for its dramatic thermocline and very clear water. Divers climb over a limestone rock saddle, descend a ladder and drop through the layers to roughly 35 m; there is little marine life apart from a large barracuda. It is a Tagbanua-managed site that has been open to tourism since 2001.
