Black Sea Diving School
PADI dive school with theory and pool training in Bucharest and a summer base on the Capul Turcului breakwater in Eforie Sud. It runs the full PADI course ladder up to Divemaster plus specialties such as Nitrox, Deep, Wreck, Dry Suit and Search & Recovery; the Wreck Diver specialty is four dives on Black Sea wrecks over a weekend. Its website hosts a detailed atlas of the Romanian coast's wrecks.
