Seaplane wreck (Bernardin)
The remains of a seaplane from the inter-war seaplane school and Portorož–Turin service, which broke loose from its mooring in a storm and sank in front of Bernardin. It lies at about 14 m in Piran Bay; the three big engines with their propellers and the two large floats are still clearly recognisable. Mullet and sea bass gather around the wreckage. It is a shallow, easy wreck dive, but summer visibility in the bay is often poor.
