Punta de la Mona
Punta de la Mona is the cape at the east end of La Herradura bay. The Open Water La Herradura centre rates it high difficulty with a maximum depth of 40 m or more (average 20 m), anchored boat dive on rock, and recommends deep-diving and nitrox training; one dive-planning page describes the same site as beginner-friendly, so check with a local guide. Position estimated from the nearest coast or landmark, for orientation only.
