Mango Bay
Mango Bay is a sheltered bay at the northern tip of Koh Tao. A sandy bottom slopes gently from the beach to about 12–15 m, framed by rocky headlands and coral patches of mushroom, table and staghorn corals. Blue-spotted stingrays, goatfish, peacock soles and white-eyed morays are typical. A few artificial structures sit on the northern edge, and the calm water makes it a classic try-dive and Open Water site, especially in the north-east monsoon.
