Koh Poda
Koh Poda is one of the larger islands a little over 6 km south of Ao Nang beach. The reef slopes gently from about 5 m off the north beach to a flat bottom around 12 m, and coral heads near the surface make it popular for snorkelling and first dives. Better coral lies further out from the island, with lettuce, plate and staghorn corals, barrel sponges, moray eels, pufferfish and nudibranchs; tiger-tail seahorses hide in crevices.
