Koh Yawasam
Koh Yawasam is one of the small islands off Ao Nang and a standard stop on the local 'Ao Nang islands' dive day. Shallow coral gardens give way to sandy patches and hard-coral slopes, with an average depth around 8 m. It is known for its many saddleback anemonefish, and banded sea kraits, bluespotted ribbontail rays, moray eels, seahorses and garden eels are also reported. A leopard shark is occasionally seen between March and June.
