Bay 3 / Lucy's Reef
Bay 3 is another sheltered training bay on the east side of Racha Yai with a stack of concrete cubes at around 20 m that form an artificial reef. Batfish, moray eels and lionfish live among the cubes together with plenty of common reef fish. Heading south you reach Lucy's Reef, mostly hard coral that gradually gives way to rock formations. Eagle rays pass by and, with luck, manta rays have been seen here.
