Garang Heng
Garang Heng (also listed as Hin Klai) is an isolated, fully submerged reef in open water east of Phi Phi Leh, visited mainly by boats based on Phi Phi. The top lies at about 5–6 m and the reef slopes to around 17–24 m, with hard and soft corals, barrel sponges, sea fans and many anemones. Leopard sharks resting on the sand are the main draw, with schools of yellowtail barracuda, fusiliers and snappers; banded sea snakes are also reported and whale sharks have been seen.
