Tachai Pinnacle
Tachai Pinnacle, also called The Dome or Twin Peaks, lies just south of Koh Tachai. It is made of two granite pinnacles: the larger southern dome tops out at about 12 m, the smaller northern one at about 18 m, about 50 m apart across the sand at 24 m. Boulders form swim-throughs on the west side, and fans and soft corals dominate the north. Huge schools of barracuda, trevally and tuna gather here; manta rays and whale sharks are possible, especially from late January to April.
