Blade
Blade is a narrow seamount more than 200 m long but nowhere wider than about 7 m, made of three pinnacles joined by saddles. The peaks reach about 5 m, the saddles sit at 20–25 m and the base lies near 60 m. It sits where currents meet, which feeds giant sponges, sea fans up to 3 m across, Acropora table corals and clouds of redfin anthias; crevices and caverns cut the flanks. It is the most distant site of Wakatobi's day boats, about 45 minutes away.
